If you were to continue, then you'd eventually see that. Believe it or not, I am completely serious. Seeing this wasn't a big surprise. Personally, I thought the series started to become boring around volume 20+.

Also Yui's character design is pretty common you will see several characters that look like Yui in other manga especially hentai.
