What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

I was wondering, what happened to the translation of Pokemon Special? Is it still active? The last translated chapter I have seen is chapter 430 months ago that takes place in Diamond-Pearl saga and suddenly we see Pokemon Special translation at Black-White saga with some chapters being skipped at B-W. Any idea?
