Since many scanlators are boycotting manga aggregation sites and (some of them) are hosting their own online readers, I thought it would be helpful to add another section to the group info pages.
It could be something like "Online Reader" with a yes/no answer.
Or you could take it a step further and tell what medium they use to publish their scans. Such as .rar vs .zip files, if it's available without a download, or if it's password protected/member only.
I think this would be really helpful and encourage people to go to the scanlator's site if they recognize the method.

Dont think its a bad idea actually, since some scanlators have IRC, and i know some people *excuse my language* are absolutely retards with it, myself included and could encourage some to go to the scanlators website as was mentioned.
