As the title indicates, I'm looking for a comic where the male MC likes a girl, but the girl MC is afraid of him but realizes he isn't as scary as he seems. It can be because he's a crude gangster like in Vanilla Ice, or because of a misunderstanding like in Heart Assassin. I would like for the girl to realize her affection for him a lot faster than the girl does in Vanilla Ice, but I would also prefer for it to be longer than Heart Assassin. However, any suggestion that fulfills the first requirement is welcome. Thank you in advance!

It puts a bit of a twist on what you're looking for, but all in all it's a refreshing twist. He understands that she's scared of him, so he tries to appease her with his more gentle side--but the "wolf king" and "puppy dog king" both attribute to his character like a split personality.

I agree with skawali, I think it fullfills your requirements altough I can't say when she is gonna surpass her 'fear'

Also agreeing to that (Ookami-heika no Hanayome) recommendation... And after 30+ chapters of raws+summaries later...she still fears, but it's ALL for the sake of money.

Hot Gimmick has this, but it is.... Well... overly dramatic. The female lead is an acquired taste. I'm not sure I'd recommend it unless they had a specific request like yours.
