What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

I liked Infinite Stratos (novel), although it is not finished. Also, The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi is pretty famous.
