Let me rephrase my request a bit:
Maybe I overdid it writing unconditional love, but I really meant something like a genuine affection (if it's pure and innocent it helps a lot). As for the dumb part, such character doesn't have to be really stupid, sometimes being naive is enough.
I found two more "lovable idiot" girls on my own:
Rappi Rangai - Kagari
Tsuki Tsuki! - Luna
Someone mentioned Chiruha from Dear(which I've read already) who almost fits. Though she isn't really dumb, just naive, but that's fine too. The female lead from Otoyomegatari is a little bit like what I was looking for, but again she isn't dumb (I don't really mind that though).
Special A suggestion is probably spot on (lol those idiot characters who actually get good grades), but I've already read that.
I've already seen Princess Tutu, but I don't really remember if Ahiru was such character or not (it's been a while).
I'm not sure if Adachi from Yanki-kun to Megane-chan, is the kind of character which I'm looking for, but I'm not surprised someone would call her a "lovable idiot". Anyway I'm reading that manga right now.
Thanks for all the recommendations. I'll try looking through the ones I haven't read. I wouldn't mind a few more to choose from.
P.S. I'm fine with anime recommendations too.

I think Seiyuu Ka-! would fit, the main character is an idiot, but very loveble.

Kimi wa Boku no Toriko Nare - Shii (at least when she doesn't go angst mode), too bad the manga isn't really good

Uh, I did think she was a bit dumb... I mean, look at the first chapter, she bought an apple only because the person at the shop told her how tasty they were. Änd she wasnt even supposed to buy apples. Yeah, she's not incredibly stupid, but she isn't exactly in the bright side
