Is there anything that has supernatural beings in it like nekos or vampies but is also funny? I dont really like the serious dramatic or action ones. Its also nice to have a human girl in it too and also add some romance. I searched but found nothing. Btw excuse the grammmer or spelling im typing on a phone confused

xxxHolic comes to mind first. It has a lot of Japanese supernatural creatures in it. It gets more serious as it progresses though.

Nurarihyon no Mago - it's been a while since I read it, and I've yet to finish it, but I think it should fit.

Noblesse - "vampires" per se. Very funny, but comedy isn't its only focus (a main one though).

Akuma to Dolce - romantic comedy between a demon and a human girl, pretty cute.

Flying Witch - short and cute and really funny.

Noblesse

Both the series have comedy with fantasy/ supernatural elements but are high on action.

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya is an AMAZING anime!!! It even has a movie (which is maybe even more fantastic!) The manga apparently pales in comparison though.

You'll love Orange Marmalade. It has the vampires, the comedy, and the romance.

I double reccomend the The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. The anime is especially good.

Nowhere Boy is hilarious in some points and sad in others. It definetely has the supernatural aspect you're looking for.

Moyashimon is the story of guy that sees bacteria and it's pretty funny. It may not be supernatural, but it may be surreal enough to qualify.

Rosario to Vampire kinda fits. It's a bit ecchi.
And instead of a human girl~ it's a human boy biggrin
