on the cover there is Sano and Ashiya (from Hanazakari no Kimitachi E) and their in wedding outfits!! o_O Also, is says something in japanese and Happy Wedding in english after it! Supposedly this manga has already ended. I don't know if this has helped, but I had to let someone know ^_^. Oh, here's the link; it's on ebay, so I'm hoping I can get it...even tho I can't read any japanese ^_^;

From what I know, it's just an added extra to the end of the series. The person getting married is one of their friends from school (I can't remember the guy's name unfortunately). Mitsuki goes to Japan to attend the wedding. She has long hair too! ^^
