Supposedly this manga has already ended. I don't know if this has helped, but I had to let someone know ^_^. From what I know, it's just an added extra to the end of the series. The person getting married is one of their friends from school (I can't remember the guy's name unfortunately). Mitsuki goes to Japan to attend the wedding. She has long hair too! ^^
