What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)
No difference in translation but have a translation note

I used to (and still want to but know it's never gonna happen) be a ballerina because they look so graceful and pretty.

I also wanted to be an assassin. For the clothes.

Oh! I also wanted to be in those wuxia dramas because the clothes back in ancient China were so pretty and I wanted to fly like them too.

When I was younger, the thing I wanted to be most was to be 18. It was always regarded as the 'cool' age. But now that I'm past that age, I wish I could rewind the years to my childhood - a time when I didn't have to give a damn shit about the rest of the world, a time when I was just wrapped up in my own little world.
