I'm back. I was gone for a few days because of school (too much hw piled up before break). This is particularly why there are a few older releases up today.
Thankfully, the site was still able to operate while I was gone. I'd like to continue to encourage people to use the release submission tool! It's main purpose is to increase update speed and quality. So don't be shy! Register today and have control over how people see your releases.

If you want, you can apply for membership, and there is a submit form you can use to add new releases/series/groups etc. It was the original driving force for this site. I guess "tool" is perhaps the wrong term. I should have used "form". Thank you though for your question.

Yea, it really is not limited to anyone in particular. As long as you say something other than "I love manga" or "I want to download manga"... you pretty much get an account :-)
