I think it's expected. It's like if you flip a coin enough times the ratio of heads to tails will eventually balance out to 50/50.

I chose scissors just cuz I thought less ppl would choose it. Hopefully more ppl would choose paper so I can cut them up jk.

fyi, its probably because of rounding. like, 33.28%, 33.45%, 33.27%, add up to 100%, but would show 33.3%, 33.5%, and 33.3% =)
