Is it safe to assume this is a very good manga? Since it made the news and all it must be decent but isn't a yearly release schedule insanely slow? I cheked it out and apparently there's 11 volumes... So will it take TokyoPop 11 years to release them all? That is insanely sloooooooow!
lol .... I've heard that it takes long to publish manga in English but that is just ridiculous.

Oh wait... This isn't a manga... The info page says "novel". Still seems like a very long wait for volumes to be released... Is it worth the wait?

well the anime of " the 12 kingdom " was one of the best i've seen so the novel could be interesting.

I agree, not only was the anime incredibly good, it ended kind of abruptly. I'm hoping the novel series will be just as good, and give answers to a lot of unfinished questions.

The book series is still on-going, it is a bit further along in the series though.

I randomly found this light novel series...Er well it doesn't have that much art in it,but whatever lol. I've read the first book so far and it was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G lol. At first I found her to be kind of annoying but now I absolutely love it!

Wa, it has been a while since I saw news about this series. It has been in hiatus for about 8 years now, and Taiki's stories is still hanging... Gosh he is the want I care about the most in the whole series T___T. Good thing that last year the author said in an interview that she'll definitely return to this series, though I don't know when that will be sad

Actually in the middle of last year it got continued, apparently the new chapters are about Kei again.
As for Tiki ... i'm not sure since i can't read japanese but all i've heard about this is that it got finished in Mashoh no ko which was actually published before Junni Kokki series even begun so its not included in the series, and most likely will not be published in English. Like i said .. i'm not sure, but its a fact that Mashoh no ko is abotu Taiki.

This is such a great series! I loved the anime, but it becomes far easier to understand w/ the novel stories fleshing out the fantastical world and the large cast of charecters. The novels are also a fun read. smile
