Opera is the most convenient for me (it has even an integrated IRC client, I can't ask for more).

I use Opera almost exclusively when I am under my Linux install, which is 95% of the time. On Windows I tend to use Chrome most of the time.

I don't really have a preference... Mostly use Firefox on my workstation. I've always liked FF, but some of their recent choices have been less than pleasing, like the ongoing internal discussion to use Bing as their default search engine instead of Google (signing a pact with Microsoft undermines your open source credentials beyond repair) I prefer Chromium (EULA free version of Chrome) for my netbooks because it's faster. Also use Midori as my backup browser on all systems. E-Links or Lynx for when I just need to do simple text-based browsing.

I can't believe there are people still using IE5 and IE6. Hello, security problems?

Shame on you. And there's backwards compatibility on IE8 for any IE6-only pages that still exist if you prefer using Internet Explorer. Other than that, I have no real loyalty to any browser. I like Firefox for the extensions, Chrome for its speed and Opera for being so damn compatible with everything. Voted Firefox since that's my main.

I am utterly shocked to see that most people still use Internet Explorer even though there are many good, free browsers out there.

Awwww, you didn't have vertical configurations like 1080x1920 or dual monitor setups.

Some people can't help it i guess. For example, Japanese online tetris requires Internet explorer to open xD
