Sounds like a much more organized website than simply throwing recruiting threads all over the net. =D I wonder how well it'll do of course.

Hmm, it sounds like every other recruitment forum on the net, except it's a whole website. Nothing special.

Instead of having to post in multiple forums, there is one main site that everyone can go to. But it won't work effectively unless everyone uses it. I'm not so sure about it...

Although the idea is nice, right now it just looks like a "craigslist" page of spam. Do they really expect translators/editors/etc to scroll through pages and pages of hiring ads to find something they like? The titles need to be clearer, the ads need to be more concise, and genres should be tagged.
Even better would be to also incorporate a database of translators and editors with a list of stuff they've done, sample work, and what type of future work they would be open to. I mean, this site assumes that translators/editors are just jumping all over each other to find work to do when it's really the other way around.

I was just going to say that, that the site would be much more useful as a database of translators, editors, groups, etc. Even people who aren't currently looking for 'work' can put up a profile in case something interesting comes their way.
