i never understood people like you.
eating fish is worse then not eating fish and instead eating cow, chicken or pig and so on.
the sea is overfished and needs some time to replenish its numbers. or else we will soon have more dead seas like in asia.

and obviously fish is meat what else would it be?, but if you need a scientific explaination here you go:

It's like saying chicken is poultry and not meat. Fish are consider animals so um yeah.. you're gonna have to go with the I don't mind meat option! (:

Since I don't eat other types of meat you will find that this is the technical term for it.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pescetarian

(Also you will find that many people question the definition of "meat" you present.)

Besides that to other comments I have to ask why my deciding on a particular type of diet such of this means that I have to have some kind of moral reasoning behind it?

i do buy paper manga but if i had the choice between free online and an online pay-per-view or subscription i would take the online one every time. besides i really dont like most of the translations that the US publishers do (see Rosario+Vampire, it feels like I'm reading a 4kids-dubbed manga). the other issue with the pay services is you dont download the files and if you want to read it again you dont have the actual book or files to read what you want.

i'm not sure why people decided fish aren't meat. Meat = flesh of an animal. Fish = an animal. :/

But quite a few people eat only fish out some moral obligation. none

But no one cares if you have a moral reasoning for your decision, and vegetarians or vegans don't need to have one either (not all do, you know).

Quote from kawaiiairbender

Probably the same reason that tomatoes are considered a vegetable, i.e. taxes... only the meat packing industry uses that definition (meat to them does not include fish, birds, or "game").

wonder how many vegiterians know that when you pull a carrot or cabbage out of the ground; they cry, are in pain, and then die

and o.O what if someone doesnt eat animal meat but eats bugs ;o are bugs considered meat? lol

correction: They are being eaten/cooked alive; if you planted them again they'd grow.

My cousin told me that the squeeling sound when you steam veggies is actually from your food screaming in pain.

Has someone used the "I eat vegetarians" line yet?
