The author is Korean so this should be a Manhwa right?
Or is there some other requirement that determines Manga or Manhwa?
I don't want to submit a change request on ignorance.

Im not sure but i think it depends on the country in which it is published. So Freezing is published in japanese magazine hence its manga not manhwa. And one more thing- I could be wrong but i think Im not

That would indeed be correct kropka76, in addition, manhwa is read left to right just like English.

Right. As they say, it was, and still is originally published in a Japanese magazine and you read it right to left.
It's manga; doesn't matter the nationality of the author. If you use that logic, Felipe Smith's been drawing comics all this time.
