A manga from the Seme's point of view or it could be the Uke's point of view but the Seme falls in love first. I'm sort of getting tired of all the Ukes falling in love first XD
Maybe something like:
Hana wa Saku Ka Totally Captivated The Tyrant who fell in love The summit Hey class president Mousou Electricity Kimi ga Koi ni Oboreru Sakura Gari Love Stage!!
^ These are some of my favorite since they have such a scenario...so any help? ^_^

You've read a bunch I thought of already, but some others that might fit at least in terms of the seme admitting he likes the uke first: Turning Point (TAKANAGA Hinako) Don't Cry Baby maybe Sore wa Yappari ai Kamone probably closer to what you meant looking at the manga you named
maybe the 'persistent seme' tag would be something to look through?

wow really? I think the uke falls first is the one who is rare. I know only about twenty where the uke falls first. the rest is the seme falls first...... strange.
for the "from the seme point of view": future lovers aiso tsukashi dining bar akira don't blame me grant my wish shounen wa asu o korosu challengers endless world darenimo ai sarenai doushitemo furetakunai - don't know about the series, but the dj's have the seme POV free punch rush! shiranai kao hatsuai kanashii kotoba

How about Merry Checker? Or Hidoku Shinaide? I love how the uke is actually clueless about how the seme feels!

Came up with some more: Calling (OTSUKI Miu) King & Prince Fan and other works by Nase Yamato, like Chintsubu or Steady Study Mandayuu to Ore - I think it was the seme first...
