I know it's hard to find really hardcore stuff with romance. I love bousou Kareshi. That's the level I'm at but I would love even more hardcore. I'm not a big fan of rape and stockholm syndrome. Rikugun Renai Shikan Gakkou If you can get past the first chapter (can't call it anything but rape) I think it't be worth it for what you are looking for.
Hard Core Heart again, worth it if you can get past both father and son going for the same guy (the incest from the tags is one of the additional one-shots, not the main story)
