What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

Apart from Hapi Mari, I can only think of The Billionaire Boss's Secretary Bride - a short five chapter story about a rich businessman's secretary who has a new job offer, but her boss tries to stop her from leaving him.
