What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

i really like to read this story again but don;t remember the tittle and less the story,,help please.

is about a male prostitute the is a little to close to one of his mysterious client the i think is office-man, and was of his client has to hard on him(his multiple sex-toys) and the he quit and decide to get a good job and later he meet,
