ok i'd like to read something where the main character has some serious flaws...e.g. helter skelter
it doesnt have to be narcissism, it can even be low self esteem e.g. in the clothes named fat
whatever it is, it has to be a bit extreme. by extreme i mean repelling or drives people away from the main character
and the main character should be completely oblivious to his/her problem(its ok if its resolved by the end of the manga, but it should take him/her a while to come to terms with his/her problem)

i dont want any comedy or supernatural themes...i want to read something serious and deep, so i'd be really thankful if whatever you recommend is tagged as "psychological"

doesnt matter what genre it is as long as the plot focuses on the main character dealing with a revolting characteristic he/she has

only condition: it has to be completed

You could try Meteor. The main character copes with her desire to kill and can't seem to control her anger, but it doesn't really affect the way people interacted with her in the beginning. Two warnings though: It ends suddenly with no real closure, and she doesn't quite have a realization about her personality at the end. It doesn't quite fit, but it is a psychological survival manga, and maybe you might like it.

Another one you might like but doesn't quite fit is Lying Mii-kun and Broken Maa-chan: Precious Lies. While the entire manga is mainly based around misinformation, there are rather serious flaws around each character, as seen from the titles itself. I don't remember if their issues get resolved, but it's a pretty good read.

It is ecchi but no so much that you can't concentrate on the story (which i found quite good), i personally hate manga that is ecchi and nothing more (i'm not an ecchi manga fan to begin with) but i like this one.

Anyway, the manga does have a serious point as you see the mc growing and learning to love and be loved.
