EDIT: Nevermind I must be blind, found under the advanced genre search options.
I do not think this is currently possible, at least I haven't been able to find a method to do it.
But would it be possible to add the ability to filter lists by Categories/tags. E.g. If I go to Genres and pick a genre list, to be able to filter the genre by any particular category tag.
