There is this manga I have read about a couple of months ago. I have searched throughout this website to see if I could find the name of the manga. I have used the categories search and the description search.

The story goes like this:
There is a set of twin sisters. Twin A is in love with Twin B's boyfriend. There is a scene where Twin A overhears the boyfriend asking the twin's parent if he can marry Twin B. As Twin A is going upstairs, the boyfriend walks and he talks with Twin A on a balcony. I think he tells her that she is a good friend to him? The next day, he and Twin A are going to pick out a ring for Twin B because he asks for Twin A's opinion. As they were talking about his dream of becoming a doctor, a construction crane above loses some beams and the beams are falling towards Twin A. The boyfriend pushes the twin out of the way and his eyes gets injured by the falling debris. At the hospital, Twin B decides that she can't watch her boyfriend in that state and will not be by his side. Twin A decides to disguise herself as Twin B. There is still more stuff to the plot but I think I gave enough information for now. I think this a one-shot or a collection of short stories/one-shot.
