Does anybody know a manga where the main character starts out as a good guy but turns into a bad guy/villain?

It would be best if you don't know at the start that the good guy you've been grown to like was actually a bad guy all along.

I've already read Death Note. Another suitable example is Anne Freaks.

Thanks!

Mirai Nikki does this, somewhat, with two of the major characters.

Try looking at some of the recommendations on the actual info page of a manga you liked, if you haven't already.

How about Goth?
EDIT: Basilisk
EDIT 2:
Amnesia Labyrinth...maybe. This series is confusing, I'm not sure if it even makes sense. From what I've gathered/interpreted, it sort of applies. Also it's on hiatus.
The Breaker, kind of. It takes a while.

The end of the first series
to be precise.
Wonted, i felt kind of cheated in the way that it happened though.
Melo Holic, the creators of this are well known for their trolling. you might want to check out their other works, Superior Day and Hanged Doll (and the newer [m]City of Dead Sorceror[/m])

Übel Blatt, arguably. there's quite a bit of moral ambiguity there. Red Eyes is similar but I find it a lot easier to agree with the main character in Red Eyes. I dropped both of those series though. Ubel Blatt got boring and Red Eyes too ridiculous.
Deadman Wonderland - I stopped reading this too because the focus of the series kept changeing.

I was going to suggest Mirai Nikki but up to the part where i read [dropped this too out of boredom], it didn't really fit your criteria. It follows the 'There Can Be Only One' path so you know that everyone has to kill each other from the beginning.

Seriously that shocked the hell out of me too
When I first read it I was like OMG WTF BBQ WTF JUST OMG WHAT?!?!?!?

Anyway, back on topic
Hoshi no Samidare
The two leads aren't really good but they aren't evil either (even though they have a pretty damn evil goal from chapter 2 or 3 on)
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
Saving the world just so they can destroy it themselves -laughs-

I wasn't referring to that, actually...

One aspect is Yuno who is all types of helpful until she goes batcrap crazy which happens kinda often. Then later you have a somewhat minor character who gambles for Yuki's phone and is connected to the dogs that attack them, which I don't remember much of.

And then, near the very end you realise someone who wasn't even a participant in the game is actually a villain, despite seeming to be good until the reveal. But then it isn't much fun if you give everything away, so I hope it's still a surprise by then.

Oh, I see. My bad, then, TehShush. I didn't read up to the gambling part, I was just a few volumes in. Is that spoiler related to the alt universe spin-off? I was kinda interested in that.

that soo doesn't fit on to what was asked for. he doesn't turn "evil" after some time.the story is a bit more complicated than shounen-eske black and white thinking
