Can you name this character?

Member 10:45 pm, Apr 30 2012 Posts: 3	Hello! I'm a bit lost and hope that someone will know who the character is: Clickee! WARNING!!! Image may be very suggestive (I cropped a lot of it though!). For those of you who don't want to see the image (it's not that bad... I think...), here is the description: Male, black or blue braided hair, black eyes. Not sure if his clothes may ring some bells, but he's wearing something very similar to the military uniform from Soranowoto, but with red pocket flaps thingies. And he's got a black shirt underneath and gloves like those from Fullmetal Alchemist. That is all. Thank you! C:

Member 11:03 pm, Apr 30 2012 Posts: 137	Duo from Gundam Wing is the only male character I can think of that has that hairstyle. I don't think that's it though, unless this is fanart that took a lot of liberties with his design.

There is the possibility that the character may not exist in any manga or anime at all, but I swore I saw him somewhere. There was another character that came with the image who may be of some help. He looked a bit like Shuuya from Inazuma Eleven, but with black hair and less tanned. Though I'm not sure if they have any type of connection at all.
