 Manga with stupid humor like Power(Girl Got Game), Junai Tokkou Taichou! - shoujo, all of sakurai shushushu's works - shounen ai/yaoi.

I dont really care if the manga is shoujo or shounen-ai, including sex or not, as long as it has stupid humor like manga mentioned above and the story is mostly about love T_T

If you know more manga like this please recommend them xD

 These aren't shoujo but they are full of nonsensical humor so give em a try:
Sket Dance - romantic subplots but isn't the focus
D-Frag! - haremish but emphasis on humor
Angel Densetsu - highly recommended
Sakigake!! Cromartie Koukou - no romance whatsoever but it's stupidly funny
Yotsuba&! - no romance, just innocent humor, highly recommended
Yanki-kun to Megane-chan

So far they compliment each other... Every once in awhile the Anime Gintama would say something like Manga comics is going to slow, soooooo were going to make fillers & answer fan mail. XD

~And animation or something in motion tends to work better, but I love them both equally... Just SO RANDOM...:3
