Rayout (stylised as 'ray=out') manga services is recruiting an experienced editor for its projects. See our web-site for the list of projects. We are also seeking a translator* for the SE manga as a temporary or permanent replacement for our current translator who shall be taking a break from manga translation to focus on anime translation.

- We are seeking someone who is well-experienced in editing (cleaning), re-drawing/cloning (part of the editing role), and is available to devote time to the project at hand.
- We highly prefer translation candidates with JLPT N2 level or higher certification. Candidates with lower level certification can also apply, however their work may be 'translation checked' or on request. If translator wants to potentially work for the anime, gaming or manga industry, we can train the individual in preparation to the real world.**

If you think you can help us, please fill out the form on the left side of this page.

*All translators that apply are extensively tested to make sure they meet our qualifications. Translators must receive 90% or higher in our manga test. We look at accuracy, nuance, diction, and creativity.

**Unlike your typical manga scan group, we have connections to the anime, manga, and gaming industries and can give you advice, links to job postings, potential placements, or direct entry (soon to come). Potential translators that are currently in Japan, but are not working in either of those field have a higher chance of getting selected/recruited than someone who may be in a place where the markets of those industries are not strong.

Bump. *Still looking for a magazine scans editor that can help me with SE. The inconsistencies of public raws are making it very difficult and time consuming (hence the long release times). An experienced magazine editor (that can output within two days) will help greatly.

I'm interesting in working with manga scan groups, I'm also interested in being a proofreader for some of you. I don't want to work for money, I want to be part of the manga community. I'm 19 and I'm in my second year in College, I'm studying computer science and I love working with other programs like Gimp, Pixelmator. I would love to become a proofreader for any groups in needing one at the moment. And if you need anything else just contact me and I will try my best to help you
