So I'm not a big fan of thinky mangas. I like the mangas that are more or less one build up to one awesome moment after another (but not so predictable as to be boring)—i.e. trashy shounen. I'm thinking something like Naruto, HSDK, CLAYMORE, SLAM DUNK, Kurohime, and Eyeshield 21.
Other fun facts: I really dislike harems. Not to the point I will stop reading a manga if it develops one, but it's never really been my favorite thing. I like relationship development (characters stuck forever in a state of almost confessing to each other is just suuuper irritating), but in a shounen that might be too much to ask for.
Inb4: Bleach, One Piece, Prince of Tennis.
Kind of a weird request, I know.
Also: Only mangas, please. I'll be reading them in their native languages, and I can't read Korean or Chinese XD.

The most awesome moments I can think of are in Noblesse when Rai or Frankenstein enter a fight and completely destroy the enemy lol... Super overpowered.

Gintama is focused a lot on comedy but when it gets into a proper story arc it is serious and has quite a few epic moments
if you have not read it yet GTO is pretty awesome
Major (manga is not all scanned so watch the anime) it has a lot of awesome moments resulting from the main characters hard work
i dont see Fullmetal Alchemist on your list so in the off chance you have not read it or watched the anime there are a few moments of awesomeness

Unforunately, Noblesse is a manwha (it's in Korean), and I've read GTO before. Fullmetal and Gintama just seem to rub me wrong for some reason. I will check out Major. Alllllllllll 78 volumes of it. Wow.

Here is my list, or in this case - my opinion:
1. Beelzebub
2. Yakuza Girl - The Blade-Wielding Bride
3. Daiaku Kojou
4. Psyren
5. Tokyo Girls Destruction (this may be seinen or shounen, I'd still recommend it)
6. Double Arts
7. Freezing (it's a manga, but I think the author is Korean)
8. Cynthia in the Mission
9. Peridot (this is seinen, but it sometimes feels shounen when it comes to the action sequence)
10. Blood-Blocked Battlefield
There are probably more that I know of, but my mind is filling up with manhwa and manhua series... I need to start reading more manga. I haven't read any new series this year. Since Bakuman has ended, I might as well.

Superdreadnought Girl 4946 - it has quite a number of awesome moments, but there is a harem in it. The male lead is not like you're average manga (and harem) one, so it's not as bad as many other harem series. On top of that the male lead is more decisive, than not, so he decides on which girl to pursue early on. It should be still worth checking out.

Magi was pretty awesome in my opinion. It's mostly an adventure manga, but the main characters have to fight quite often. The art is a bit shoujo-ish at times, but it is definitely a shounen manga. Later volumes have more intense fighting, more so than in the beginning where it is more about the characters and the journey. Only 11 volumes are out in Japan so far, but they seem to be released consistently.
Kazan was also really good. I don't remember much about it as I read it in middle school, but I recall a fair amount of fighting and the fact that I thought the main character was way cool. The art isn't too old fashioned, thankfully. It is finished, but possibly a little hard to get ahold of since it is somewhat old.

Don't let manhwa faze you!!! You don't KNOW what epic is until you've read Noblesse. As I say, if u haven't read Noblesse, you haven't read manga
