What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

A manga about 2 people, one was a player who fell in love with a girl from school, the other is the girl he fell in love with, she has a very cold/cool personality. There are not a lot of chapters. One of the chapters is about the fact that he came too early because she is too cute, and tries to hide it. The relationship is described as a owner/dog relationship by the guy (him being the dog).
