What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

Manga: Akuma-kun

I'm trying to update this entry but encountering a couple problems. First is that I'm trying to find the earliest cover image of the first release of a volume (as opposed to a release in a magazine) that is not a reprint, a sequel, or a spinoff. The present cover image is that of a reprint (I think). Second, I've traced this back to 1963. See http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E6%82%AA%E9%AD%94%E3%81% 8F%E3%82%93

Since I cannot read japanese (and translation softare is inadequate for the task). Anybody else is welcome to update this any further.
