Loveless it's good, but too slow, and dark ambiance i don't like it too much :/
Ilegenes - Kokuyou no Kiseki It was a really good, and interesting story, but some says it's shounen-ai some says it's not, but because we still don't have it's sequel we don't know too much, but you could give a try !

I recomend anything by MIYAMOTO Kano. She produce such amazing works.
Punch ↑ - great series with sure hot scenes
Gakkou no Sensei - cute series, but there's no romance yet
Number - it has some bl moments and you'll enjoy reading it
Lucky Dog 1 Blast - great plot and its base on a bl game. Even though its not shounen-ai the characters tease each other.
Tadayoedo Shizumazu, Saredo Naki mo Sezu and its sequels are a must read
Koori no Mamono no Monogatari - great plot
Kayashimashi no Yuuga na Seikatsu - beautiful and romantic manga
Yellow - great plot
Kaizoku to Ningyo - it had an interesting plot, but even though its not shounen-ai you can see the bromance between the main characters
Kimi wa Boku o Suki ni Naru and Komatta Toki ni wa Hoshi ni Kike! are written by the author of Super Lovers

Animal X it's very different from the yaoi i normally read and it's kind of slow, but it's good.
Kyuuso wa Cheese no Yume o Miru and the sequel Sojou no Koi wa Nido Haneru
Kayashimashi no Yuuga na Seikatsu Sumito-san makes it worth the read

Love Mode Goodness I could read this manga a thousand times and still have the same reactions I had the first time I read it. The art gets better as the story progresses but the story is really good.
Ze is by the same author as Love Mode but it's newer and the art is much better. The story is interesting.
Totally Captivated
Kawaii Hito. was one of my first yaoi that I read.

Ike Reibun's works are pretty good. I recommend Kanga na Spoon
and Bi No Isu
Naono Bohra never fails to amaze me <3 I don't have any specifics of hers because they are all enjoyable!
Yoneda Kou's works have really attracted my attention such as Saezuru Tori wa Habatakanai and Doushitemo Furetakunai
Kyuugou's works are pretty good.
Minase Masara usually has good stories.
