It has to have a male character as the main. The manga can't have romance, ecchi or anything worse than that. It should have shounen and comedy. Maybe school life and gender bender. Also the characters can't look crappy.

The Breaker - it's actually a manhwa, but it's great.

the only slightly not even there romance thing has like, no affect on the storyline what ever.

it's very funny and at the same time, kind of philisophocal.... kind of. but still funny
