Im looking for manga with a twisted plot or twisted characters or both.it can be something that makes you think hard. pretty much a mind..uck manga.

Jikan Akima Jinbutsu - verrry twisted. Yaoi though.
Life is Money - interesting surreal sort of style plus death and murder and mind games and all that.
Mon Seul - really good tense/dramatic storytelling.

Tokyo Akazukin for sure.
For the rest, it's kind of depend on what you're looking for, Kodomo no Jikan could be more twisted than Kurozuka, if you get what I mean. And Oyasumi Punpun could be more twisted than both in a certain sense.

In my book the number one mind fuck manga is Koroshiya Ichi.
Others could be Ciguatera, Homunculus, Arigatou, Shamo, Shigurui...
I really like this king of manga btw

Doubt (TONOGAI Yoshiki)~Almost like a SAW manga... Mystery/Murder.
Arcana ~You think you know the WHOLE story, then you don't.
Shihaisha no Tasogare ~Futuristic world where people turn into demon from drugs.
X ~Battle between Heaven & Earth dragons...
Wolf Guy - Ookami no Monshou ~Some scenes very twisted.
Akumetsu ~Just loved the main character twisted sense of humor & justice.
