It would help if your lists were public. But cross-check your lists with mine, you miight find something nice. Also, click the link in my sig.

That's vague enough to make it difficult. I doubt that you've read every good manga even by your own standards. I recommend Yume no Akichi and Kaijuu no Kodomo, because I liked them, so why not.

You may have overlooked kyou kara ore wa, girlfriends, bonnouji, denpa kyoushi, shingetsutan tsukihime, strawberry shake, or maniac road
With exception to kyou Kara ore wa I didn't find any of these till I had already read like 400 manga. So hopefully u missed one as well(I love all of these btw... wish some lasted longer tho :/)
And the aboves idea of cross referencing lists is good. I wade through lorska's list a lot of the times I need a romance . So if u find someone who appears to have similar tastes it's always a good option(unfortunately u either need a list of your own or a rly good memory.... trust me I understand the pains of starting one, but they are really useful... I myself am still missing anywhere from 50-200 of my list most likely[mostly oneshots] ;-; )

well you said manga, then what about web-comics?
Melo Holic
and this site's recs differ from the usual reader site recs, what you'll often find are these (in no particular order): Hoshi no Samidare Iris Zero Bitter Virgin Immortal Rain Mirai Nikki Love So Life Hachimitsu to Clover Superior and Superior Cross Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan Spice and Wolf Chobits Mx0 Onani Master Kurosawa Akagami no Shirayukihime
I tried to mix in things from every section (well at least romance-wise) for not so well known action based stuff, ask others, you can also search through the database: http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?perpage=50&or derby=rating
on a personal note: this

what do you prefer? seinen/shounen or shoujo/josie? are you ok with mature and adult themes? do you prefer slice-of-life settings or supernatural ones? give more details and i'll recommend
also, what were your favourite reads? give examples of manga you enjoyed reading

Lorska recommends some good stuff (I totally second Hoshi no Samidare). You could also try:
Drama\Romance: Otoyomegatari Emma Please Save My Earth Dengeki Daisy Bitou Lollipop Can't See Can't Hear But Love Unbalance x Unbalance
Comedy: Tende Freeze! - isn't mind-blowing good, but quite hilarious anyway Fujimura-kun Mates
Action\Other: Ubel Blatt - turns out ok... if you can get past those sex scenes in the first few volumes Immortal Rain Zero-in Chou Dokyuu Shoujo 4946 Girls of the Wild's Trinity Seven Maoyuu Maou Yuusha - Kono Watashi no Mono Tonare, Yuusha yo Kotowaru Kiba no Tabishounin - The Arms Peddler Ratman Enchanter - I'm reading it right now and I totally love it
