What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

What I remember from it is that there was this girl who was always pursuing this guy. The guy hated her for no reason at all. He ends up pushing her down and she gets transported to the past where she finds out that it was something she did to him in the past which caused him to hate her.

Does this ring a bell to anyone?
