Gore doesn't seem to bother me, possibly thanks in part to being a North American who loves zombie films. However, Boku no Futatsu no Tsubasa is the one and only manga to bring me close to vomiting. I was disturbed, and this was also my first experience with futa. Nonetheless, I finished it.
IMO: Makoto talks/acts like a serial rapist.

I hate to admit it but all Vampire manga scare me. It's a strange fascination. As for a specific manga, maybe Vampire Knight, shojo but it really made me think "what if" yeek

The types of Manga that really scares and disturbs me are the psychological ones... Specially the realistic one....

Spoiler (highlight to view)
(There is a certain scene in a certain manga, where one of the characters are being stalked by a girl, then when the girl found out some sort of secret, that boy killed the girl.. this scene was burned in my mind, it quite disturbing for me i think... * no offense though*)

i don't think i've ever read a manga more disturbing/traumatizing than hentai shounen and this is coming from a horror/guro fan. sure I've read stuff that is weirder and way more brutal stuff but this... it's written in a way that makes you think that the mangaka actually thinks this way... and that's what's really really scary to me. T_____T

Probably Haou Airen. First time reading about so many "necessary" rape scenes, followed by an everlasting romance, lmao.

well there were a few candidates i though untoppable at the time i read them.
but i found another manga recently that was so epically cruel and unhuman that it outmatched them all.

but lets begin slowly.

i found Campaign to Eradicate Schoolgirl Prostitution quite hard. was the first mature manga i read

some years later i read one of the more pathetic ones (meaning guro), i though was hard the time i read it (5 years ago i think)
Tokyo Akazukin

i later discovered,
Deep Love - Ayu no Monogatari which was painfully sad
and then i read
Bradherley's Coach damn this is pure rage.

but one thing i never could finish. i guess i stopped at page 30 or so. because it was soo insanely cruel and hard to take was [m]High School Girl in Concrete[/m] by uziga waita. i guess i have a pretty good idea why this is not on MU.

I've never been scarred by manga before, but was really shocked the first time I saw a hentai manga. I was about 12 years old and one of my guy friends had secretly taken one of his older brother's manga. I remember not being able to eat my dinner that night because I was so shocked laugh .

Guro kinda gives me the creeps though...and this is coming from someone who can tolerate all kinds of things.

Spoiler (highlight to view)
I dropped it after he beat down a guy and raped his girl. THE [BLEEP]

Never been scared by a Manga before and I like Gore to some extend but I hate Mind Break especially in Hentai. Pisses Me OFF

Someone rapes you, You kill the bastard or at least call the police not [BLEEP].

when I was about 9 or 10, a used bookstore that I like got every Hino Horror book in print. 'Twas a sad, sad day for one easily-freaked-out child.

It's not in the data-base because nobody's added it.
You can do it, if you want, unless it's an unscanlated oneshot.

In the series Petshop of Horrors there was a story about a girl named Alice, and man-eating rabbits. I didn't sleep too well that night. The next day in school we had to practice something dull and one practice-sentence was about rabbits. Then I really realized that story put me off big time.

My friend had Battle Royale in her house then she was like my brother won't let me read some then I was like how bad can it be? THEN I had to borrow it.
UGH never again. I read 1 or 2 of them I think and hid them in a hard to reach cupboard until I returned it to her.
