1) Angsty romance. Whatever you consider to be teenage angst, whether that include anxiety, insecurity, etc, just partner that up with some romance and we have a done deal. I'm currently watching Avatar: The Last Airbender....and it seems I love Zuko x Katara..and that leads me to wanting Angsty romance.

2) This request is just something I've noticed with all the manga I've read. First let me apologize for not having visible public lists, I haven't been able to get around to it, however just recommend anything and everything and I can guarantee I'll re-re-read it >_<

So basically, I've noticed that the female characters considered to be "happy-go-lucky" don't seem to be very bright. That bothers me because although a bit of truth lies in the phrase "Ignorance is Bliss", it is not all true. Yes, the character may seem to have no problems of their own, but has anyone taken a moment to consider maybe they're simply positive individuals who rather solve their own issues and carry on with their lives rather than whine and sulk about being such a damaged soul? "Happy" people are in no way idiotic or "stupid" thus why are these characters portrayed to be such horrible students, or simple-minded adults? Many of them are incredibly intelligent and I'd like to see such a character.

tl;dr: Basically just looking for a smart, happy female protagonist. If romance could be included in your recommendation, that'd be great.

Midori no Hibi she is (nearly all the time) happy and smart
