I'd put my vote in for a scene from fairy tail. A lot of its stuff cracks me up, but probably either the end of chapter 21 volume 3 where

Most of the fighting scenes in Angel Densetsu are so funny but there is one I remember more clear right now.

every one misunderstand Seiichirou when he asks them to clean the park and when he and his friends go there in order to clean the trash, he beat a big group of thugs up without even noticing it! later the reaction of his friends when they see how he is dragging the bodies toward the trees, is so hilarious!

Welcome to the N.H.K., when Satou makes a suicide drink out of some pesticide, window cleaner, and a dead cockroach. The look on his face as he's holding a cup with a dead bug in it is hilarious.

Still talking about N.H.K.: I always laugh whenever Satou makes those twisted faces. They are just such a sharp contrast from the rest of the art that you laugh at how out of place it seems.

The only one I remember distictively right now is from Hajime no Ippo. It's when one of the main characters saw a girl he liked clinging to another guy. After a while, he calms down and says, "I'm alright. I'm over Reiko now." Then Ippo accidentally feeds the guy's fish some cold medicine, and it stops moving and floats to the top of the aquarium. Kawamura (?) starts screaming, "No! Reiko! Reiko!" Lol, obviously, he wasn't over her just yet.

Lol, I remember that. "Oh, that sounds cool. What does that mean?" Oh, Ippo - so naive... Hajime no Ippo has a lot of priceless moments. Remember that stag beatle costume Takamura had? "The horn broke off. Takamura's just a cockroach now!" That's another funny scene. Oh, and I can't forget how Mashiba motivated himself (a nail through a picture of Ippo), and how Mashiba followed Ippo and Kumi on their date.
