So yeah, I'm looking for a a manga which's told in the mean main character's point of view. S/he can be sarcastic, mean, sadistic, bitter, scum or whatever, and most of all, it's gotta be real, s/he means it and not 'omg I'm dangerous so people can't get near me, omg people misunderstand me, omg I can't express my feelings well, omg my family doesn't allow me to have social relationship with others' and shit . I'm kinda sick of the goody two shoes ally of justice hero. A change of pace would be good. No harem please, unless it's really good.

In Level E and Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro they are both pretty much main characters or atleast are in pretty much every chapters. Hell's Kitchen might fit, and you could try the sadist catagory.

kkow idk if it fits entirely cuz when push comes to shove he can do some pretty nice things, but overall he is a total jerk for the simple reason that its fun and the entire world population are supposed to be "lord mitsuhashis" servants.

Kanoko from Warau Kanoko-sama and its sequel Koi Dano Ai Dano is definitely not nice and quite mean-- Actually she told a pure hearted girl trying to help her to go read some books on how to talk to people....
Victorique from Gosick is quite mean as well.... (the anime is complete while the manga is still ongoing...)
and all the characters from Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai are horribly mean to one another at times... especially the black haired girl towards the blond

Ok I've started reading Level E, looks pretty promising
I've already read Lost Brain and Usotsuki Mi-kun to Kowareta Ma-chan Totteoki no Uso
Teppuu totally hits my requirement, she's the best fricking girl protagonist ever!!
I'll give AIKI a try, seems like my cup of tea from the summary
Sorry but [/m]Hell's Kitchen[m] doesn't fit at all, the story's in the wimpy guy's point of view, not the mean one's
kkow yup, Mitsuhashi fits
Ookami no Kuchi: Wolfsmund ok, I'll start reading this any time now
Warau Kanoko-sama Kanoko isn't exactly mean, telling a pure gal to go read book to socialize better isn't mean
I don't really think Gosick really fits, it seems like the story's in the guy's pov, same for Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai
I'll give One Piece a shot
Yup Yureka fits

Fukigen Cinderella or fucking cinderella haha, the main character has a pretty nasty personality even to his best friend and ppl close to him, story is pretty exciting too

Petshop of Horrors maybe. He's not exactly openly mean or anything, but there's that malicious side of him if you pay attention. You know, the a bit dark and creepy kind but not on the surface. If you read the authors notes at the very end you'll know.
Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro I'll second again this one. Neuro is pretty much the main character, despite not being told in his view.
One Outs perhaps. He's not exactly evil either... but certainly not a goody two shoes. Knows the dark side and stays part of it, which requires him to be emotionless.
Cantarella I can't remember if it fits or not...
Demon 72 according to 2 chapters? But then again it's not told in the demon's point of view I think.
Drifters
Makai Ishi Mephisto Again, two chapters only, will need to wait and see but so far it fits.
Rappa (SASAKURA Kou) might fit, but it's been a long time and there's only 5 chapters, can't remember.
ES also fits, although the main character is not really THAT evil... at least not on the top, more like without a care.
God Child is pretty dark though I can't remember if Cain was evil or not.
Seimaden He cares about his woman and her alone XD.
Ludwig Kakumei though again my memory's fuzzy.
花嫁 not in MU yet, but if you can read Chinese do check it out. Someone needs to add it here already ><
