Also hoping to see that happen for sure. Someone mentioned Sakura maybe liking Naruto but I don't see it, nor could I see it. The biggest thing is that Hinata would have to step up more than she has and force him look at her, as his eyes always to go to Sasuke.

I'll be interested to see how Naruto becomes Hokage - will Tsunade die or will she just retire in a bit (she's 50 already). The former would be more exciting, but the latter may be more likely.

I think it will go something like this:

- Sasuke and Naruto are going to fight each and 'die' - long spiritual conversation
- They both come back somehow. Sasuke has some grand realization and turns 'good' momentariky
- Sasuke's actions have been too atrocious for him to ever come back to any village. He has to die.
- Sasuke dies in some grand fashion that helps save the world and you get a SasXNaru death scene
- [Stuff happens]
- I'm guessing this will go full circle and we'll see a scene with Naruto and Hinata who has just given birth to a child. They will talk about the future the child will see and you'll find out that they named him Sasuke in his honor (kinda like Harry Potter and probably other literary works that I don't feel like looking up).

Or are you referring to the "a lot can still happen" I'm behind in Bleach and Naruto, so I have no idea what's happened in the most recent chapters in either

All I can ask is please! No rushed, sudden endings that feel incomplete after chapters and chapters of dragging out!

&I can honestly say that the only romantic relationship I want in Naruto is between Sasuke and Sakura, although it probably won't happen. &I'm really not all that interested in NaruHIna anymore, I kinda want Naruto and Karin to form a relationship for some unknown reason but that probably won't happen either.. The one pairing I will SERIOUSLY break glass over is Sasuke and Karin, I really REALLY dislike this crap of a pairing. Anyways, I would prefer a NaruKarin ending or Naruto with no one.

I am truly rooting for Sasuke to die, he has only been a thorn in everybody's side.

LOL. Kishimoto trolls the fans once again with his comments. You guys are better off ignoring everything he says about this series.

The end of the manga will come once the end of the manga comes and that's it. Shounen Jump never announces the ending of a manga until the second to last chapter, so Kishimoto's comment could hardly have been considered official. Even if a manga looks like it's slated to end (because it's close to its natural ending or because the ratings have tanked) the magazine may keep it around until the next round of cancellations because they don't have a manga ready to go that they can replace it with. It's not so easy to predict when the ending will happen, despite Kishimoto's vague comments.

I like Sasuke, he's one of my favorite characters, but I do want to see him die, though.
I can't imagine Sasuke in any type of romantic liaisons, so I don't think I want to see Sasuke together with Sakura (especially not her, he character-type annoys me).

So I hope that he dies, and I would like to see Naruto end with Hinata, but that is probably not going to happen

i like this manga and all but i really want it to end sooner rather than later, it's already gotten too ridiculous at several points in this war. I just want a nice reasonable ending, without Kishimoto coming up with really crazy stuff to keep it alive past it's natural end like some manga (*cough* Bleach *cough*), but i also don't want it to end like Psyren...

I don't think Sasuke being in any pair would make sense but I do hope (and think he needs to for the philosophical stuff to work out) he overcomes his hatred and comes back to the village and team 7 can all be friends again. I don't think the stuff he's done would be too much to go back to the village because remember at the restaurant, the guys behind him with the bingo book thought he was a hero for killing itachi, and he also technically killed orochimaru (and probs will again) and helped end the edo tensei. No one know what else he's been up to, for all they know he could have just been wandering around like jiraiya training on his own, so if he wants to go back naruto can spin it all in a positive light for him.

Nice, whenever I finish a manga I end up starting 2 more.

in the recent story. they said the story is heading towards its last climax.

What's most interesting is that a chapter of many peoples lives is about to end. Bleach will follow after. One Piece and Fairy Tail are out there but...what's next?

I mean what is he going to do in all those chapters?
obito's past will be explained (ok, ok like 10 chapters so that's 10 weeks?), naruto will fight againts the uchiha (i guess that will be 30 chapters because kakashi looks freak out so yeah, naruto will have to talk to him and that'll be 1 ch.), sasuke's going to fight ....just another 30 ch. I think it'll be a sasuke's arc just to say how is he going to die. (maybe he won't die but he'll just get with his uchiha crew and do his own village).

Every village is going to be united, there won't be any division. I guess naruto will train konohomaru (because we get to see who's going to be the next troublemaker who'll fight for his crew), and it'll cool to see the story told by him in the future like: yeah, so many thing happened in the past years...my sensei who was the stupid of the village didn't learn hate even tough the village didn't see him or gave him something warm, he was just the zero...His very friend who was also his rival turned bad and he made a lot of things to bring him back, his sensei died...oh yeah, his sensei was also the forth's sensei...he had it rough, it's not easy to live with someone in ur body...he loved his village and in some way I admired him.
and so manyh thing will tell and there will be a konohomaru speaking in naruto's grave and behind him will be naruto's kids...because konohomaru will be his sensei.
and so the next manga will be KONOHOMARU'S TALE! (and he'll be friends with izuma's kid and sh*t!)

it'll be cool to be the end in that way.
