-strong male lead (well doesnt have to be strong, just please no useless MCs haha)
-nice art
-shounen/seinen

something like Rolan the forgotten king would be great

Ibara no Ou
La Mosca
Rurouni Kenshin
Aiki
Jackals
Übel Blatt
Shi ga Futari o Wakatsu Made
Shingeki no Kyojin
Id
Nurarihyon no Mago
Psychometrer Eiji

unfortunately I don't care about the art of the manga I read so you'll have to chose which of these qualify as good art

Ubel Blatt - fits all except there isn't much romance. The male lead has a bunch of female followers and it seems they all love him, but it's not a harem manga. There is some mature content in the series, but the out of place sex scenes pretty much disappear after a volume or two.

Maybe Dark Air - the male lead seems weak, but he can be really strong if he tries (for a limited amount of time). It seems there might be some romance in it, but there are only a handful of chapters translated so I'm not 100% sure.

The Legend of Maian - though the male lead gets strong in the second part of the story

Trigun

Immortal Rain - it's a shoujo, but it reads like a shounen for most part and it's rather good

Tail Star - it just started though

Superior and it's sequel - totally fits; the art is good, but it's slightly josei like

Maybe Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle, but I didn't like it too much myself

Busou Renkin seems to fit, just the scanlations get a bit "messy" sometimes
