I'd guess that the series was originally added to the database under the other title; I've noticed that whenever the main title of a series is corrected, the change doesn't extend to the forum for that series.
Another example would be Gokiburi Gijinka, which was originally misspelled (as discussed in this comment). Its forum still has the previous title.
