What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

I forgot the name of this manga. It was about a brother saving his sister from her stepfamily or something along those lines. I don't think the relationship had incest or anything, just a good brother and sister bond. I didn't actually read much of it, just remember browsing though a couple of months back and forgot to bookmark what it was. Thanks!
