Alright, I gotta ask why Mysterious Girlfriend X is labeled as Seinen, Ecchi, and Supernatural. It doesn't seem like any of those. Where's the supernatural part in it? These kids seem like normal highschoolers. And it may be Ecchi, but it's more Shounen Ecchi than Seinen Ecchi. Can someone explain this to me?

Seinen/Shounen doesn't depend on the content. It has been said here probably a good thousand of times already.
Like chobits and Yotsubato! are both seinen, and neither contain any real amount of nudity/gore/blood what so ever.
The only thing it depends on is serialization. Anything published in a seinen magazine is automaticaly seinen. Nothing can be done about it.

Well the last translated release by Eval Power - the mangaka's author note stated something along the lines of there will be no extreme risque scenes cause the mangaka thinks Japanese teens are too sexually active at a young age. So, someone thought drool/finger sucking was too much or scissor pulling out of undergarments - then bumped it up to seinen.

to be precise they censor the "downstairs" parts, even in some doujins ive seen they censor the "downstairs"

it is illegal to show the reproductive organs in full. so in manga it will either just not be there or covered by something. anything otherwise was either done illegaly, not meant to be sold, or produced or reproduced outside of japan.

That's weird. I seem to recall My Balls having a sex scene in which it briefly shows full-on penetration. Battle Royale also has a lot of erect guy parts in it.
