What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

lol.. i thought it was coincidence too when i read an article in a newspaper and i thought wow I never thought that was the meaning of higgs bosson biggrin biggrin biggrin
