PREFER IF:
A) Male lead is not human (bonus if shapeshifter) with a bunch of human femal lead
B) Both male and his harem is supernatural, but ok with some humans.
C) Male lead isn't a virgin
And please indicate in your post which one you are recommanding manga to
Will also take any male lead that isn't a crybaby, can't handle boobs, or whatever weakling form they tend to be, want STRONG male leads, or perceptive, etc.

the world god only knows maybe? i mean, the guy gains some super natural ish powers. and the females round him are both human and non human. but i'm not sure about him being a virgin. i'm pretty sure he's not

Kore wa Zombie desu ka?
Applies to B. I saw the anime and I loved it, I recommend the anime if you want a good laugh ^ ^. It's not very long, either, only 2 seasons with 10-12 episodes per season. The manga is apparently good too, though.

Trinity 7 is definitely the best your going to find.
That said the world god only knows is almost as good. Trust me the protagonist might seem like a looser..... No he's definitely a looser, but hes the most bad-ass looser ever. He's smart, and above all hes one of the few protagonist in any manga that gets the girls because he was actually trying to seduce them (admittedly he doesn't have a choice in the matter). I hate weakling protagonists too I wouldn't recommend a manga with lead that acts like a support character all the time (That said don't bother with Rosario to Vampire there is no meaning to the protagonist's existence other than to remove the seal on the primary bimbo's power).
Here is a list of others you might like.
Triage X: Protagonist is an assassin (but hes about as deep as the shallow end of a pool.)
Aiki: Protagonist can't even use his full strength and he still tosses any and all opposition around like toys (as a bonus hes not a virgin and is sexually active throughout the manga).
Gokukoku no Brynhildr: I almost didn't recommend this one. But the protagonist is smart and so far seems to be the most capable character despite being the only one without super powers.
Highschool of the Dead: This one is almost entirely fan service, but the protagonist can handle himself, and isn't particularly shy around women.
I'll second Kore wa Zombie desu ka?: Its funny and if you dislike cross dressing just do as I do and pretend its only a silly hat.... (you'll need to watch the anime).
If you don't mind straying from the harem genre a bit, I can recommend a few more manga with bad ass protagonist (most of which still get an above average amount of attention from women).

Id (he looks like a girl, but hes overpowered as shit so I let it go lol)
Witch Hunter
Blood Lad (more gag than anything but still not bad)
Shingeki no Kyojin (Protagonist managed to surprise and kill three kidnappers and save a girl when he was roughly 8 years old. It was pretty cool....)
Kyou kara Ore wa!! (Mostly delinquent gag humor, but the protagonist is this is still one of my favorites.)
That's about all I can think of for now.

yeah, he kind of is. i started reading it but stopped because the female characters were just so weak and stupid. so if you can put up with those sort of characters, then go for it. if you can't don't.
the same is said about [m]negima mahou sensei[/m]
pretty much fills your first 2 requests but once again, this dude is a virgin

If you like Trinity Seven you could give Tsuki Tsuki! a try. The manga itself is subpar harem series, but the male lead is quite cool and unique and most of his harem is non-human.
