I'm trying to recall this manga I think I read a long while ago.
The female is winds up homeless for some reason. Shows up at a guy's (maybe classmate) place, who she doesn't particularly like, and gets him to let her live there as a pet. The guy wants to take things sexual, but she stops him with the logic of that he can't do that with pets. But the guy got the idea that hugging and feeling her up was fine as a pet.
