Ok. I think we have all faced the problem where you just can't find anything to read  , so I was wondering if anyone could give me any suggestions.
I am a huge manga reader (I read Hunter x Hunter's 340 chapters in a week!) and I can read just about anything. So any suggestions would be appreciated! 
Some examples of manga that i have enjoyed are: Hunter x Hunter, Descendants of Darkness, D.gray man, D.N.Angel, Fairy Tail and Black Cat
Preferably I would like the series to be quite long. I like shounen manga and shoujo manga that's not about love (because that's boring!). I don't want to read any Ecchi/hentai stuff because I am a girl and don't find it appealing at all (I do like Yaoi and shounen-ai though  )

Maybe you can give Yanki-kun to Megane-chan (since romance isn't implicitly the main focus, I would say) or Beelzebub a try, if you haven't already done so? ^^

Noblesse You will definately love it...... Its completly epic and different from other shounen manga's.If you think that art is weird,then you should take a sneak peek of later chapters....its one of the best..... And second highest rated series

Well, they're not long, as you asked, but judging by what you liked, they are nice.
The Superior series has a lot of romance, but it's nice anyway.
All of them are shounen or seinen.

I think you'll like Raspberry Field no Majo I know it says romance, but there hasnt been any, that i could see. I know theres not much chapters out, but i think it worth it.
One of my favourite manga, Hatenkou Yuugi
And I think you might like NG Life.
I'll get back to you if i can think of more. =)
