Hello 
I'm searching a manga where the uke want to learn kissing and having sex ( but there have to be kissing education!!! ) i don't care wether there is sex educaton or not there only have to be kissing education !! 
a story like th euke want to learn how to for his girlfriend or something, but he ends up loving the seme who is educating him
oh, yeah i'm talking about yaoi
i want it complete please and good art

The last story in Koi wa Keiyaku no Atode is exactly what you described, kiss-education but for a date not GF and in the end falls for him, no sex.
Go ahead and read the main story if you like, though it's not to your request. 
Renai Kyoutei Nukegake Nashi! is kinda close since the guy is inexperienced and they start out as a substitute relationship for a crush. It's got aspects of kiss-ed and is a great read.
King & Prince kiss-ed and also sex-ed.
All complete! as for good art, it's up to personal taste. 
Hope one is what you're looking for.

I thought when you first asked this that I didn't have anything for you, then I remembered a couple.
Mezase Hero! has a scene you will like. It's a flashback in volume 2, the extra, to when one of the main characters was a boy.
Nightcap, vol. 4 in the series When a Man Loves a Man, has a kiss education scene, in chapter 3. It might not be to your taste, as this is harder yaoi, and the men both look very much like men. It's hot, though.

THank scarlet, the flashback in mezase Her! was so funny *haha*, thanks to that i decide to read the manga and for the other, i really thought i was gonna hate cause like you said they are manly, but i also decide to read all of it, by starting reading the all volume og Nightcap, thanks ( i still have'nt found the scend thought i'll see it and tell you what i thought of it thanks a lot !
elliemoran, the manga seem good, ( i still have'nt read it , but i love the art a lot, so if there is a kiss education or something like this i will tottaly love it

I'm glad that you liked my suggestions!
If you like Nightcap, you ought to go back and read the whole series, When a Man Loves a Man. I have to say that I didn't like the man Taakaki chose in the end, though.  NITTA Youka is my favorite yaoi writer, and even though she draws manly men, I hope you'll become a fan.
